Modular Development System for M68HC11 Devices

The M68MMDS11 Motorola Modular Development System (MMDS11) is a tool for developing embedded systems based on M68HC11 MCUs.  The MMDS11 is an emulator system that provides an on-screen bus state analyzer and real-time memory monitoring windows.  An integrated design environment includes an editor, an assembler, the user interface, and source-level debug capability.¹  These features significantly reduce the time necessary to develop and debug an embedded MCU system.  The compact unit requires minimum space.

Includes M68MMDS11 Station Module (mother board), new 9-pin serial cable and power cable and instruction manual.  We were unable to find the software for this system and do not have any of the cables or emulation modules.  You may be able to find some of these parts at Newark Electronics.	Rear apron with  power and serial cable connections (brand-new power cord & serial cable included) This case is in like-new cosmetic condition.

This modular development system would cost well over $4000 if purchased new.  Since we were unable to find the software or emulation modules & cables for this system, we are selling this unit As-Is for $150.  Note:  This unit does power up and we even attempted to test it using the MMDS05 software.  It communicated enough for the software to detect that it was the wrong system, so we are guessing the serial communication is functional.  This is a great bargain for anyone looking to replace a defective MMDS11 Station Module.
