Refund Policy

All used equipment described as "used, but tested" will carry a 30-day money back guarantee (less shipping). ElectronicsBrains.com reserves the right to repair, refund or replace (at our option) any used equipment that fails during this 30-day period. Replacements will be of equal or greater value.

All new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if offered). Products covered under manufacturer's warranties shall be handled by the manufacturer. Possible exceptions may be products that ElectronicBrains.com has been authorized to repair.

Non-working items or products with known defects that are sold "as-is" are not eligible for refunds. This shall include items sold for parts or deeply discounted due to known defects. Such items shall be clearly listed as having known defects or sold "for parts only".

Software: No refunds for opened software packages! Contact us for demo versions if you are unsure if the software product will fit your needs.
